Property industry veteran, Mark Goddard, has been announced as Group Chairman of iamproperty, along with the news that its half-year (January to June) results for 2019, with a 16 per cent increase in turnover from £10.9m to a total of £12.6m.
iamproperty celebrates its 10th anniversary this summer and now works with 2,500 estate agency branches nationwide. It has sold over 16,500 properties through auction and is on course to complete 4,000 auction sales in 2019. It now employs 185 people, working mainly at its HQ in Gosforth, Newcastle.

In another important move, iamproperty has appointed Mark Goddard, a property industry veteran, as the Group Chairman. Goddard brings a wealth of experience to the board as the former managing director of property services at Zoopla’s parent company ZPG and the former CEO of The Property Software Group.
