Becky Gaughan and Hannah Ives
Knight Frank Newcastle has welcomed two new property professionals, while bidding farewell to a retiring partner.
Ranald Harris retired after 23 years, having started his career in the industry a decade prior with Storey Sons & Parker.
Becky Gaughan joins Knight Frank’s 50-strong Newcastle office as an associate in the commercial property valuation and advisory team, with Hannah Ives joining the office agency team as a graduate.
Gaughan was an associate director in the healthcare valuation team at Colliers International.
Ives graduated with a master’s from the University of Reading, and then spent two years in Northern California, at Colliers International and JLL as an investment analyst.
Office head and partner, Peter Bowden, said, “Ranald was incredibly well-respected and sorely missed but we are delighted to recruit Becky who is already creating new opportunities for us. Hannah, likewise, has hit the ground running and we are looking forward to an exciting 2019.”
