Upmarket estate agency Carter Jonas has partially returned to Zoopla six years after it quit the portal during the initial launch phase of OnTheMarket.
The estate agency describes itself as a ‘top 20’ property consultancy with 33 high street residential branches and has now signed up ten of them to Zoopla, adding approximately 450 sales and lettings properties to the portal’s listings.
These include ten branches within the London boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea, Richmond, Wandsworth and Westminster, as well as two in Cambridge. The multi-disciplinary agency, which includes a prime-focused residential operation, is now signed up to all three portals.
Three portals
But its current listing suggests all its estate agency branches advertise with Rightmove and OnTheMarket, while only just under a third list with Zoopla.
Carter Jonas has been a Limited Liability Partnership network since 2013, the same year it quit Zoopla. Alongside founding agents Savills, Knight Frank, Chesterton Humberts, Strutt and Parker, Douglas & Gordon and Glentree Estates, Carter Jonas was one of the ‘golden ticket’ members with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, the Thamesview Group, Winkworth and Jackson-Stops & Staff.
“Zoopla and PrimeLocation offer a well-established route to a very valuable home seeking audience and we feel it is the right time for us to reintroduce it to our clients,” says Lisa Simon, head of Residential at Carter Jonas (left).
“Now listing on all of the major property portals, Carter Jonas is offering our clients the best possible chance of selling or letting their property, as well as giving consumers the greatest possible choice.”
