Bond Wolfe, one of the Midland’s leading property consultants, has launched a new property auctions business.
Bond Wolfe Auctions will be based in newly refurbished offices on Colmore Row, Birmingham with further offices in West Bromwich and Wolverhampton.
The team will be led by Chief Executive Gurpreet Bassi and Managing Director Ian Tudor who until recently were the Heads of Residential and Commercial Auctions respectively at the Bigwood auctions business.
Bond Wolfe Auctions will sell residential, commercial, mixed use properties and land throughout the UK in its first auction at Villa Park on 13th March.
Gurpreet said, “We will hold six auctions in our first year and look forward to a strong start in March.
“Our award winning and record-breaking team have over 200 years’ experience of the property auction sector and our track record together with our established business network is unrivalled. We are delighted to have an opportunity to create such a vibrant business from day one.”
